Become one of 50 members.  Support the Youth Art/Education program.

Membership funds are used to bring a local artist and a wildlife educator into local schools,

as well as purchase art supplies for the program. The program uses art as a tool to educate youth

about birds and the importance of conserving habitat.  All children in Harney County from K-12

have the opportunity to submit an art piece featuring a bird that can be found in Harney County.

A panel of judges decide on a first, second, and third for each classroom, then all first places per

grade are judged for "Best of Show".  To take things one step further,  all the Best of Shows

are judged for "Grand Champion".  The Best of Shows are developed in canvas for a silent auction

during the festival and the Grand Champion is LIVE auctioned at the Saturday night presentation.

2017 Memberships may be purchased until sold out or December 31, 2017
