Hello. I was recently on deciding length of treatment stay (rehab) and it said you should find local support groups at outpatient services to continue therapy sessions and get treatment for your addiction, as well as any other type of addiction you may be struggling with. eg combination of alcohol and drugs, or dual diagnosis, gambling addiction, etc.

I agree that you should go out at moments like that and calm down. I don't think smoking can help you because it affects your blood pressure, but you can try using CBD products. According to this article https://www.wakingtimes.com/3-ways-to-use-cbd-to-improve-your-mental-health/, CBD can make you feel better, and I'm sure you won't be aggressive towards your colleagues after taking it.

When I get angry at work, I just go out and get some fresh air. It helps me personally to relax
