The beauty and health care market has increased in leaps and bounds in the past few decades. Because of this, the export of makeup from India has also soared. India has been the birthplace of Ayurveda, which includes many all-natural treatments for various skin issues and problems. With the worldwide trend towards health and attractiveness, taking a more holistic and organic position, Ayurveda has been gaining popularity in the west. The Drug and Cosmetics Act of 1940 helps the authorities govern the selling of makeup within India and overseas. Exporters will need to file Form 43 if they desire to import makeup to India.
